Happy New Year everyone!
I am working hard to organize my time efficiently. Juggling Bible study, business development, training employees, meals, water consumption, how much time I move a day (scheduling ensures it happens), chores, disconnect time, supplements and meds, travel, ideas, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, leads for NTG, GroveSocial, MangoLassi, MangoCon, community management…you get the idea.
We also have been brainstorming. Scott and I have both grand ideas, and not so grand ideas. Filtering out both individual aspects, and entire concepts, from those categories takes even more time. Are we sure we can’t make days longer than twenty-four hours?
What I do know is digital planners suck (I have tried about fifty of them now). I do better and get more things done when I write it down. It’s necessary to separate each business from each other, but still keep track of it all. It’s all a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff. I have purchased a few different kinds of planners for each thing I do. Now all I need to do is find what actually works for me.
I’m looking forward to a year of growth not only for our family but for all the businesses as well. I feel like we have settled into being empty nesters (as a mom, it sucks). But we adjusted. I am the CEO at Niagara Technology Group, in addition to being the owner/operator of GroveSocial & Mangolassi.it. I also got to test my hand as a conference planner. 2016 was the first year of MangoCon (you can check out our videos HERE!), and I can’t wait for MangoCon 2017… even if it does cost me my sanity!
