Hi! My name is Nacondra Moran and I am the Owner of Exceptional Tax Services. I assist ambitious, dream chasing Women by assisting them in one of the biggest pain points in growing their Business…Taxes and Bookkeeping. When you first started your Business, your focus goes 100% into creating and growing! Taxes and Bookkeeping are usually last on the list of things you want to work on when you are trying to grow! Nevertheless, this is a necessary task and when your finances are in order, you will have much more clarity about your Business! You will be able to make sound financial decisions, see the progression of your Business and strategically tax plan.
My goal for all of my clients? Financial Freedom. I am a one-stop shop, servicing clients with a wide array of accounting services tailoring them to meet the needs of my Clients. I am 100% in the Cloud and I work virtually across all 50 States using Bank-level security encryption to keep data safe.
I have over 7 years of tax accounting experience including working for the Internal Revenue Service for over 4 of those years.I am now a Federally Licensed Enrolled Agent empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels—examination, collection, and appeals—of the Internal Revenue Service.
One of my most difficult pain points in starting my Business was marketing and keeping up with Social Media. I joined the Female Entrepreneur Association after seeing Carrie Green’s awesome Ted Talk on YouTube. They paired me with an Accountability Partner and that is how I met Danielle Ralston. Danielle specializes in Social Media, Business Strategy and IT. Working with her has helped my business tremendously in the social media world and as a result, I have gained multiple clients! I have recommended her to others who need assistance with Social Media as I believe others can benefit positively from working with her.
I decided to outsource my Social Media after reading the book, “E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work.” The Author Michael E. Gerber discusses the many phases of your Business. The Infancy Stage, the Adolescence Stage, the Pushing Beyond your Comfort Zone Stage and the Maturity Stage. The Book discusses how many Business Owners wear many hats (owner, manager, employee, etc) and when the Business grows, they still try to continue being all those many things to their Business even though they are strapped for time every single day. Entrepreneurship is all about creating a life you want. When I left my 8-5, the goal was to do something I love while also having time for my Husband and Kids.
And by delegating what you can, you can focus more on what you love!
